Rotary 2015 BVI Emancipation Festival Floupe

Amidst a kaleidoscope of colourful wears designed with the Rotary International yearly theme, fedora hats, feathers and a graceful "Be a Gift to the World' float, the Rotary Clubs of the BVI as a group has been singled out as the best Floupe for the 2015 year in he BVI Emancipation Festival. The slogan for this year's Festival was "A Tropical Blend of Beautiful Colours to be Seen; VI Festival 2015
