According to Ms. Brown too many Bahamians are overweight. Individuals must take responsibility for their well being and should make the necessary lifestyle changes that will improve their lives. She said that you need good health to sustain you in every area of your life. This can be achieve through a well-balanced diet and exercise. Exercise teaches us life long lessons such as discipline and determination. She encourages individuals to adopt a S.T.U.P.I.D. routine which helps to develop Strength, Toughness, Uniqueness, perserverance, Intensity and determination.
