Richea Smith excels in Kettering University's AIM Program

"From the AIM Program, I gained not only knowledge that will give me a jump start in my engineering studies, but I gained lifelong friends, hilarious and heartwarming memories and once- in-a lifetime experiences that truly made this the best summer of my life and hopefully foreshadows the ones to come," said Richea Smith. Richea, a 12th grader at St. Augustine's College, won several awards during her summer, including the #2 overall student in the 2009 AIM program at Kettering University on August 6th; the Top Student Award for computer studies, and the Calculus award for outstanding performance in the mathematics component of Kettering University Academically interested Minorities Program.
