BOOK FAIR & AUTISM AWARENESS DAY!

Another FANTASTIC FRIDAY at Willard Patton today as our weekly reading program at the school evolved into a Book Fair/Autism Awareness Day!

The day was created just to bring some attention to both LITERACY and AUTISM AWARENESS in addition to celebrating the awesome autistc kids at the school that we love so much!! Big thank you's go out to our literacy partner the Brighter Bahamas Foundation and the Unwala's for their 50 BOOKS donation to the school!!

Also, to PAG Murray Forde for reaching out to us and donating very special books to the school ALL written and designed by Bahamian students of the Hope Town Primary School from grades 4 to 6. Such amazing talent!!

We also had the local Dairy Queen owners who stopped by with a wonderfully designed cake in recognition of Autism and included a monetary donation.

Such a wonderful day for the students, faculty and staff at Willard Patton Preschool Ministry of Education Bahamas!!! We are happy to have shared it with you!!
