Today with our Rotary partners in Athabasca we have launched our annual community hockey draft.
Over the years we have ran our small draft as much for fun as a fundraising opportunity. Primarily the purpose of the draft remains focused on fun and this year we have invited our friends from the Athabasca Rotary Club to join in. Hopefully joining together opens more opportunity to raise some money for each of our community/Rotary initiatives as well as some "trash talking" fun. Funds raised by the Rotary Club of Lac La Biche will be dedicated to our Rotary Foundation efforts and Polio Plus.
