RYLA

WHAT IS RYLA?

RYLA stands for "Rotary Youth Leadership Awards". Throughout the Rotary world, most Districts run RYLA programs. In our District, "RYLA" means three days of intensive leadership training and development for selected young adults. Clubs carefully choose a young person (or persons) who show(s) leadership potential and who will benefit from attendance at RYLA.
