MEGA HOCKEY POOL: Pick list now available; tickets and pick list must be in by 6pm on Friday.
APRIL 17, 18 & 19: SPRING HOME SHOW: Rotary booth - 2 people / shift
Friday: 3-5pm set up only Randy
Sat: 2-4pm - booth attend
Sun: noon - 2pm - booth attend and
close down at 2pm Murray Randy
FOOD DRIVE: Only 1 swamper needed - thanks to everyone for volunteering - 9am meeting at Tim Horton's at the SuperStore in Sahali.
GROUP STUDY EXCHANGE PRESENTATION:
May 12th - TRU Grand Hall at 7-9:30pm; $15.00/person. Morning meeting is cancelled.
EXECUTIVE MEETING, APRIL 20, 2009:
Direction from the club today to the Executive for decision-making next Exec meeting: Purchase of Thailand-crafted RI plaque and club name: $250.00 total; for display . . . Steve R has ordered one for the Interact Club. If room in budget: Sukh moves; Jim H seconds.
MAY 8 - 10: DISTRICT CONFERENCE:
Vernon this year; what a wonderful opportunity to attend! Interact will be attending: Darrin and Reg to drive
LELE: 4 days in Victoria - enjoyed it very much;
Karin's house for greek food and poker.
PLATFORM: Reg - too cold to stain;
Reg will email all when ready to go.
