Rotary Club Fellowship meeting - October 29, 2021

This week our Rotary Meeting will be another fellowship event. Last week was great and we thought that everyone could use another get to know each other again time.  Doors will open at 11:45 am so that vaccination verification can be done in an orderly manner. Members that have been screened by the ICC for last weeks meeting will only need to check in with the ICC. Their name will be confirmed and will not have to show proof of vaccination again. Please remember that your QR code must be from the Ontario Government  website all other third part QR codes are not acceptable. Our meeting will start promptly at 12:15. If you are unable to attend please click on Register for the event and click on Decline. This will prevent you from recieving ongoing emails to register for this event.

First and foremost you must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination that can be in paper form or the QR code. You must also provide photo ID.  If you are unvaccinated you must provide proof of exemption signed by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner or you will be unable to enter. If you are registering a guest please provide their phone number in the comments box which is required for contact tracing by the ICC. You may also advise any dietary restrictions in the comment box as well.

We will have a series of Covid 19 protocols in place to be able to enter the ICC and preregistration is one of the requirements. Masks can be removed while eating and when speaking from the podium. Registration will close on Wednesday October 27th at 11:59 PM as we must provide attendance information to the ICC on Thursday morning. Meals will be served at the tables.

We will bill registrants at the end of the month for meetings that you registered for and not canceled prior to the cutoff time of the event.  No payments will be accepted at the door.
