This week's program is the award winning Howell High School " We The People" with Mark Oglesby.

Last week we had a Club Assembly at which we discussed some of the good works we're doing this year. We have a balanced budget. We are looking for ways to fund more local and global projects. We can do this by attracting quality members. The membership committee presented a new member campaign initiative in the form a contest. Those Rotarians who bring a prospective member to lunch will have their names placed in a drawing from which a grand prize winner will be drawn.

Mike Hall issued a challenge to Club members last week that he will match up to $500 that other members raise for the upcoming Bowling for Kids.

John Hubbel issued a challenge of providing one $145 oven for the home village of our recent speaker from Napal if the club members raise the funds for 2 other ovens.
