Community Connect

What a success the book distribution at Community Connect was!  Thank you to Pat Convery, Bob Ellis and others that donated books for the Community Connect event last weekend.  Multiple book drives were held by Rotarians:  Trish Phelps collected at Citizens, Kathy Zaenger at the Howell Library, Jeff Eineder through his Business Network, The Howell High School Interact Club and the Hartland Rotary Club.  Trish and Sandie Cortez and their husbands were a great help with delivery to the event.  Andrea Dahline brought two Parker Interactors to help with set up and Sandie and Patti along with High School Interactors took part in the distribution the day of the event.  It was wonderful to see the expressions of excitement and appreciation on the faces of children and adults that received these books.
