On Monday Holly Ward and Kathleen Zaenger will be providing the weekly presentation.  The presentation will be a "mini community conversation" with the club.  The Howell Carnegie District Library is in the very early stages of strategic planning and the library will be going out into the community to ask at least 200 + people these questions.  The answers and discussion will help the library determine what is most important to people in our community.  These are “big picture” questions.  When you think about the ideal community you want to live in, what things are most important to you?  For this community to be the best that it can be, how would you describe it?

The following are some of the topics for the discussion:
  1. What kind of community do you want to live in?
  2. Why is that important to you?
  3. How is that different from how you see things now?
  4. What are some of the things that need to happen to create that kind of change?
