Today, September 14, 2009: Today President Jeff will continue to discuss our upcoming Tour de Livingston. Many members are contributing their time to this event, which will be our major fundraiser this year.
The Tour de Livingston Committee has set a number of meetings to be held at 8 am on the following dates at the Howell Chamber. Those dates are September 18, 25, October 2 and October 9 for a Tour De Livingston meeting.
For those Rotarians who are into Social Marketing with a FACEBOOK page, there is a place on FACEBOOK to place the Tour de Livingston under the section marked Events. If you have technical questions, write Jim Gilligan and he can help you out. But it is a free way to spread the word.
You may have missed it but last Wednesday was 09/09/09. That kind of trivia does not occur too often.
It is already September 14 and while we were enjoyuing some uncommon August weather, football season started. Howell High started with two wins, and U of M started out hopefully. We need speakers for the next two weeks. Someone could step up.
