Club Finances and a "Brainstorming Session" highlighted the Howell Rotary club assembly on Oct. 1.
Club Treasurer Greg Clum reported the Club was in good financial shape, with more than $12,000 in the bank, and of that, about half will be available to donate to a variety of community and charitable causes.
The Youth Committee requested we set aside $1,000 for our participation with Interact, and another $1,000 has been earmarked for Rotary Foundation.
Among the organizations we have supported with time and financial donations are:
Day of Caring
Parks
Walk 4 Warmth
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Salvation Army
Rotary International Well
Gleaners
Baloonfest
