Our membership campaign has been extended through November. Every time you bring a guest between now and then, you'll be entered into a drawing for a $150 VISA gift card. If your guest joins, then you'll be in a drawing for another $50 VISA gift card. Could be some serious holiday cash! See Pat Convery for more information and for membership applications.
Looking Ahead at Upcoming Programs : Mark your calendars for December 20th for our annual Christmas program featuring the Howell High School Chorale. We'll meet at the Opera House for this special program. Guests are invited, however, we'll need a head count a little closer to the date.
Dr. Chad Conlin is planning to donate a smile for Christmas. If you are aware of any one who may benfit from this wonderful gift, please pass the information on to Chad. Watch for more information on this generous donation as we get closer to the holiday season.

Thank you Carol for a wonderful and entertaining presentation on the real estate in Livingston County. As she passed around cookies she told us the real estate story of Livingston county as though it is a fairy tale or not a fairy tale. In review as compared to last year Carol shared that sales are up 14% and listings have declined 15% there is now a 8 month supply rather than an 11 month supply.
