Vaughn Oswalt has invited Dr. Patricia Showerman to speak about her experiences in the Katrina relief effort in Mississippi.
Also today, John Hubbel will present the biography of Derek Rose, the newly ordained captain of the Salvation Army.
April 8: COTS is meeting at Walsh College in Novi. Jim Gilligan is attending and invites any Rotarians to attend along with him.
Committees: Be sure to sign up for a committee today. You can't escape! You will be assigned a committee spot if you don't sign up.
Programs: Sign up for a program if you have not already done so. You can't escape this either. You will be assigned a program date for you to chair.
Barb Barden of the Fundraising Committee announced that
Rotary will no longer serve pancakes at the Balloonfest. Instead, the Committee is seeking ideas to make more money for its efforts.

female from Czech Republic. Barnora will be arriving in our District in August 2006. If your club is interested in Hosting her please contact me as soon as possible so that I can send the packet to you for the signatures necessary to obtain her travel visas.
