Congressman Mike Rogers will be speaking today on the importance of intelligence.
The Dick Cheney Report: As most people know, Vice-President Cheney shot fellow quail hunter - a lawyer named Harry Whittington - with birsdshot. Here are some reactions to the news from Late-Night comics:

1) "When people found out that Cheney shot a lawyer, his popularity shot up to 92 percent."
