Today, February 19, 2007: Diane Serra, Executive Director of the Red Cross of Livingston county will update us on this vital agency.
February 26: Resident educator John Clay will present Howell Schools Associate Superintendent Rick Terres who will provide us with an update of the finances of the Howell Schools.
Thursday, February 22: The Steering Committee will meet at noon at Cleary's. All members are welcome to help keep the club moving forward.
This Saturday, Feb. 24: A group of Howell Rotarians led by event chair Larry Loewen will join Catherine Rea Dunning for the annual Walk For Warmth. This is OLHSA's biggest fundraiser of the year. We hope you will join us and walk indoors at the freshman campus, but if you cannot walk, then please make a pledge.
During the cold winter months many people are forced to choose between heating their homes or eating. You can help prevent the shut off of heat to the homes of struggling citizens by participating in the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency's (OLHSA) Walk for Warmth. This is an easy 2 hour event to uphold our mottto of Service Above Self.

Oh and Catherine, that'll be a buck!
The Annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake Fund Raiser is scheduled for March 10, 10 am to Noon. Bowlers are needed for the Howell Rotary Team, or to make a pledge to support your Rotary bowlers. Dan Murdock is the event chair.
Will Howell Rotary be able to meet the challenge of being the best bowling and fundraising Rotary team in Livingston County? Not if you don't participate!
Don't forget to pick up a Golf Discount Card from Barb Barden or Cathering Rea Dunning. Spring is JUST around the corner.
