December 13, 2010
This week's program features Beth Duman from Postive Dog Training / Earth Voices. Beth is very well known in the area for her incredible work and training abilities. She'll be bringing a special guest or two with her on Monday. Peter Bowen will be Acting President on Monday.
Next Week!
Mark your calendars for December 20th for our annual Christmas program featuring the Howell High School Highlander Chorale at noon at the Opera House. We will be circulating a clipboard to get a 'guestimate' of attendees for this special luncheon. Guests are most welcome, however, we will need a head count so please sign them up as well. (Guests will be $10 per person.)
Be sure to drive through the Festival of Trees at the Howell City Park.
The Howell Rotary Club (thanks to an anonymous donor) and the Howell Interact Club have decorated trees. Great job, team!
On probably the most frigid day
yet this season, Howell Rotary members rang the bell for The Salvation Army at the Howell Wal-Mart. Thanks again to everyone who braved the elements and to Steve Manor for leading the charge.
Last week's meeting, Laura Frazier presented information on her Patent-Support Business. It was quite interesting. She shared success stories and the 'how-to's' to get unique products successfully patented.
NOTE: We will not be meeting on Monday, December 27th.
We want to wish everyone in our Rotary and their families a wonderful Christmas and a healthy, prosperous and Happy New Year!
