Reminder that todays meeting is at the HOWELL CITY PARK for our Annual Picnic in the Howell Rotary pavilion .   Enjoy lunch, socializing with other Rotarians, update on Membership and possible Social Activities.  Thanks to Kim Dane for arranging so we don't have to pay entrance fees for our lunch.  Will be a great time – see you then!

Also, there is a Tour de Livingston planning meeting at 11 a.m., prior to our membership meeting.  Anyone and everyone is invited to join us!

Jeanne Clum has been married to rotary member Greg clum for 34 years they have three children Jesscia, Courtney and Joel and a new son in law Adam.  Their son Joel just recently got back from China they are thrilled.  Jeanne has worked for the United Way for 10 years and prior to that worked for the Howell Chamber of Commerce.  In her freetime she enjoys walking and bicycling.

Ausitn Szalkowski the freedom skater shared with us his mission as he sets out to skate across the country.  Austin will be departing on 9/6/10 from the Statue of Liberty and skating to Santa Monica, along the way he will share the message of entraprenuish with young adults and teens with motivational speaking.  All are welcome to join him for his send off party on 9/4/10 on the Howell Court House Lawn or once he sets off you can follow his progress on freedomskater.com
