A Presentation to the Howell Rotary Club – Monday, April 3, 2017

Dr. Hanifin will briefly recap his previous presentation to the Rotary Club on county transportation, and then describe the work of the Livingston County Transportation Coalition.  In the past year this coalition of transportation advocates has created tremendous support for more and better transportation options for all who live, work, visit and invest here, as evidenced by the coalition’s growth to over 75 organizations and individuals, a survey of residents, the many resolutions to support the creation of an authority and plan, the Transportation Summit held last January and the submission of a proposal for a large planning grant.  Leo will also discuss how organizations and individuals can raise their voices and get involved.
