April 27th Bulletin
Howell Rotary will celebrate its own Earth Day with a talk on a a Rotary sponsored water purification project at our weekly meeting April 27th.
Marc Forrest of the Bloomfield Hills Rotary Club will be our speaker for April 27th. Marc is an MIT graduate who is heading up a Water Purification and Quality Systems Project for Rotary International. He will introduce and explain this project to us.
May 4: Candy Jones Guerin will present a program called "Crash Course"
May 11: The Interact Club luncheon along with recognizing the Top Ten.
Jeanne Clum and her merry band of Howell Rotary Tour de Livingston Planners are hard at work looking for sponsors so if you know of anyone who might be interested in sponsoring...or have an idea on how to make it better...please let them know
Howell Rotary President Elect Jeff Hanson has stepped forward to co chair the Howell Melon Fest in August. If you have an idea how the Howell Rotary can participate and raise some money along the way...please raise your hand and bring your ideas.
Howell Rotary Hats Off to Member Dave Bagwell, who put service above self, and played host to some of the recent visiting Rotarians from Australia. Way to go Mate! Kudos also to Sandie Cortez who hosted a party for La Casa and raise nearly $1000 for that worthy organization.
