Today Lena Jergmo, will give us a speech on the topics "Organisational development through people & interactions".

Lena works with design and facilitation of organizational development processes in her own consultancy business In Rythm. She has a background from HR manager roles in large scale international companies such as Ericsson, Skanska and Ikea. Most recently she was part of a global team supporting the re-organisation of the entire Ingka group. Her work is based on Gestalt methodology, which offers a perspective on humans in organisations and how to improve effectiveness through people & interactions.

Lena will share her learnings and perspective on organizational effectiveness and leading change processes, and provide a few questions for you to reflect on.
