This morning we would like to warmly welcome our Global Grant Scholar Tabitha Black-Lock.
Tabitha is excited to have recently moved to Lund to start a 2 year Master's program in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation, with the support of Rotary Global Grant. Previously, she completed a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria and has been working in the field of emergency management for the British Columbia provincial government in Canada. In addition to her studies, Tabitha is excited to learn about Swedish culture and to explore the country and region- this is her first time visiting Scandinavia! She is grateful to be welcomed by the Lund Rotary Club and looks forward to being involved.
