"Adapt or Die"
Anders Berg left Stockholm three years ago for Skåne and the position as Head of Global operations at Individuell Människohjälp (IM) in Lund. IM, founded more than 80 years ago, works today in six regions on four continents with a vision of a society where democracy is strong and no one is left behind. In a globalized world of constant change the challenges are many for all of us, as individuals, organisations and companies. Anders, with work experience from more than 70 countries, will share his thoughts on the importance for an organization to take in feedback, to trust co-workers and take risks. All with the purpose to quickly adapt and remain relevant.
