The Future of International Talents in Scandinavia

In this talk, our guest speaker Mikkel Schønning Sørensen gives his perspective on the importance of attracting and retaining international talents in Scandinavia. The competition for international talent is fierce, so what measures are necessary to be competitive in a globalized labour market? And what you can do to help international talents stay in Scandinavia?

The presentation is based on Mikkel's personal experiences - both from staying abroad to study and work and from being a mentor for international talents.

This will be a hybrid meeting at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Malmö and may be attended in person or via Zoom.
