Team & leadership skills for better societies

Our guest speaker, Anna Svensson, is a chartered psychologist and specialist in leadership development. She has a passion to bring psychological knowledge into practice in organizations. Both leadership and teamwork affect what people do at work, how well they do it, and how they feel when doing it. Subsequently, this affects the organization´s way of functioning and its productivity.

Anna will present the characteristics of well-functioning leadership and teams, as shown by science, and share ideas on how to develop and sustain it.
