Sophie Cedervall on "Empowerment!"

Our guest speaker Sophie Cedervall will share how, over the course of her business career, she came to realise the enormous power of coaching for executives and co-workers in a company. She sees how combining coaching techniques with leadership experience increases the quality in coaching and truly empowers clients to achieve sustainable change.

Sophie decided to leave an executive position at a company with a very strong and well-known global brand  to start up her own private practice as
Executive Coach working with corporate customers on leadership development and empowerment of executives and co-workers. In her presentation, she will tell us what inspired her to make this change, what additional education she has done since then and where she is now.

Sophie has a background as a manager and leader in international companies for 20 years (Inter IKEA, Electrolux, Husqvarna). She lead the global communication teams as member of the Inter IKEA management team and IKEA Supply management team during a period of 13 years, based in
the headquarters in the Netherlands and in Sweden. She holds a MSc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and currently lives with her family in Malmö.
