OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) is one of the most misunderstood and ignored diseases. At the same time, it is the 4th largest psychiatric diagnosis in the world. By detecting and treating people who suffer from it, we can drastically reduce the number of suicides, early retirements, failed studies, etc. and help them to a much better quality of life.

Bengt is long-standing Rotarian and past president of Rotary Linné.  He is “retired” but very active in the Swedish OCD Society and has a passion for spreading the important messages about the set of syndromes and diseases that are grouped under the heading of OCD.  Bengt has a PhD from Uppsala and a long career in information technology among many other interests. Bengt will present to us via ZOOM.
