Tonight we will learn about the Sounder Sleep System™ and its simple and effective techniques for sleeping better with Eva Damkjær, ia physical therapist and Feldenkrais® Practitioner with her own business, LIR Fysio AB.

Improving the quality of sleep can be like the tide that raises all the ships. It affects all aspects of our lives. Most of us have trouble sleeping now and then, but for some, poor sleep is a constant concern. Whether you are having a hard time getting off to sleep at night, or if you tend to wake up in the middle of the night, or too early in the morning with difficulties falling back to sleep, there are things you can do to change this.

The Sounder Sleep System comes with an approach where the goal is for you to learn how to, on your own, alter your physical and mental state from being alert, awake or even excited, to a state where sleep is possible. Welcome to an introduction to the Sounder Sleep System and learn some simple exercises you can start using right away. Welcome to a good night’s sleep!
