Board Meeting 6

Hello board, sending the BM invitation to block calendars.

As usual, a running list of items for the BM - if you guys have anything to add, please let me know and it will be added to this list! 

1. Membership: Evaluation/status and pinning of prospects - as per previous meeting, we agreed to reevaluate prospects to decide pinning at Christmas fellowship.
2. Planning of CC and powerhouses - we need to fill in the document to have a clear planning for meetings starting in Jan
3. Detailed planning Q3 - To have overview of projects, including the GP sessions / hands on beach day with SABA / startup of UPUP / start up of Fiesta / BEP podcast and season 2 / Session with graduating interactors
4. Homework: exercises and ideas to build fellowship within the club during meetings
5. Mediacom: Overview of planning for Q3 - decide when to boost
6. Other items: Twinning with POS west / start conversation on new rules on age restriction (to define our club's take on this)
7. Fellowship Q2: Christmas celebration - budget and RSVP's
8. Club Financials

Important as well: set dates again for work meeting project reports / deadline to hand in.
