This is Troy Rotary's third year volunteering to assist the Troy Police Department to collect gifts for families in need for Christmas.
Operation Blue Sleigh is an annual project of the Troy Police Department, developed in response to community needs. Operation Blue Sleigh gives an opportunity for Troy Police to partner with generous shoppers at Walmart the first Saturday of December to benefit Troy families who are experiencing financial hardship this holiday season.
