Union County Clerk and great Friend of Rotary, Joanne Rajoppi passed away last week. She was one of the first women to join the Rotary Club of Elizabeth, which she actively served for many years. Among her contributions was the establishment of the Club’s Interact Club with Elizabeth High School. She assisted in the Club’s successful fundraising events such as Taste of Elizabeth and the annual pancake breakfast, and she conducted many educational programs for Club members on Union County history. Joanne will be greatly missed by all.
