Rick & Kathy's set out on a big adventure to Grand Haven on Saturday, August 29, 2026 . This adventure happened in the form of a one-day road trip to Grand Haven.
And why did Rick & Kathy venture to Grand Haven?
To visit and see for themselves the storied Bignell School, a one room schoolhouse started in in 1876, now restored into a home
They encountered traffic, lane shifts and one "round the curve, OH MY, a complete stop on the expressway"!
They journeyed long, to visit this place of Tim and Dawn and see for themselves all the work which was done. The work about which Tim has talked (endlessly for 5 years). It is not that Rick & Kathy didn't believe Tim, but still they had to see for themselves!
And the inside:
Were there fellow adventurers?
Of course! Was there a fine feast of food? Of course! Were there naps in the car? Of course. Were there conversations about Rotary, one's heath and how to use the electronics in the car? Of course!
And a great time was had by all!And thus ends the Big Adventure of Rick & Kathy!
