After installing the post and building a platform to house a Little Free Library in St. George, Williston-Richmond Rotarian Chris Stewart is seen perusing the library's inventory. The library is located near the entrance to old (relocated) schoolhouse in downtown St. George.
The Town of St. George provided the library and Chris Stewart performed the construction work. He was very well supervised (okay, watched like a hawk) by fellow Rotarian Andy Mikell. The project came to the club from Amanda Vincent who, by day, is the St. George Town Clerk and who, otherwise, is the Co-President of the Charlotte/Shelburne/Hinesburg Rotary Club.
Having supported the placement and maintenance of several Little Free Libraries in Williston, our club was delighted to have the opportunity to boost community literacy in St. George, as well!
