One of the most important things we do as a club is to support community projects and non-profit organizations who are doing vital work in our area. Throughout the year we raise money, then go through a rigorous process to choose grantees who are making a difference. In June we awarded grants to the following 12 organizations:
  • AgeWell - Meals on Wheels
  • Cancer Patient Support Center - assistance for local families
  • CVU Chapter of Amnesty International - human rights advocacy
  • Governor’s Institute of Vermont - local student scholarships
  • Jean Garvin School - school garden
  • Richmond Food Shelf - milk and food programs
  • Richmond Rescue - bike helmets
  • Sleep in Heavenly Peace - beds for local children
  • Split the Ticket - home heating fuel assistance
  • Williston Community Justice Center - supply bags and bus passes
  • Williston Federated Church - AED defibrillator
  • Williston Federated Church - Refugee Support Program
  • Williston Food Shelf - laundry detergent, personal hygiene products and pet food
