Thank you to the Williston-Richmond Rotary Club for recently building us a handicap-accessible ramp for our new home in Williston Woods. We asked around if anyone had a ramp they were no longer using, when Deb Beckett responded that the Rotary Club enjoys doing these types of projects for our communities, and would be happy to build us a new ramp. After the permitting process, the Rotary team, headed by Chris Stewart and including Deb Beckett, Toby Rockwood, Walter Nardelli, Reg Melrose, Gary Howard, Ken Stone, Mike Isham and Andrew Beecher arrived. Over the course of a few Saturday mornings, they cheerfully and expertly constructed our very sturdy and attractive ramp of pressure-treated lumber. Although we reimbursed the club for cost of materials, they do these projects without cost to the homeowner. If you have a need, please contact them! Rod & Charlene
