High school students are invited to participate in Rotary's annual student speech contest with the potential to win up to $1750!

The contest is a great way to get experience writing and delivering a short, persuasive talk. Speeches are to be no longer than 5 minutes and may be read. They do not need to be memorized.

This year's speech theme is: How can a Rotary-School partnership increase respect?  Increase respect, tolerance & understanding of one another.

Round one will take place on Thursday, January 16 at 7:30 a.m. in Williston.

Interested students aged 14-18 who live in the towns of Williston, Richmond and St. George can contact Barb LeWinter at lewinterb@yahoo.com.
