Scott Blow is the Executive Director at California Vocations Inc., Chico CA. where we serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Residential Care, Supported Living, and community based day programs. He is the  former San Andreas Regional Center District Manager. He is skilled in Compassion, Clinical Supervision, Mental Health Counseling, Leadership, and Team Leadership. And Scott has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from CSU Fullerton.
