Join Vince Fiorito for a very interesting chat on Climate Change. Vince has tremendous insights into climate change from working at several High Arctic Weather Stations including Resolute Bay and Mould Bay in Nunavut, as well as Churchill Manitoba, where he maintained and repaired weather and climate monitoring equipment, including the tracking and telemetry equipment for high altitude weather balloons.
Vince is also the founder of the Halton Conservation Authority award winning stewardship group "Friends of Sheldon Creek". He organizes community volunteer events to remove trash and invasive species and plant native species to repair, restore and protect Sheldon Creek's native species based ecosystem.
