Weekly Meeting: History of TDC (The Development Corporation)

Founded in 1972, Literacy Volunteers of Clinton, Essex, and Franclin Counties, provides one-on-one tutoring for both basic literacy and English language learners and to empower residents throughout the three-county area who seek to improve their literacy skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, as well as math and computer skills. Karen Dispo-DeBooz, the organization's new executive director, will discuss the services available.
