It’s not always projects and fundraising in Rotary. We actually tend to celebrate - a lot! On May 28, we celebrated IPP Bert Parungao’s 72nd Birthday; in this case he actually treated the club to a Chinese dinner at a new restaurant in Vancouver, Joy’s Cafe. As usually is the case, you say “free dinner”, and most of the members show up. President Ernie Ong and Club Secretary Joel Castillo took care of the reservations and the menu. So thank you, IPP Bert and Happy Birthday! You are one of the leaders of RCVM. We hope you have many more celebrations to come.
