The students of St. Augustine Separate School made an excellent presentation to the club last week outlining their trip to Nicaragua. These students, under the leadership of teacher Bill Heffernan, a Paul Harris Fellow, are the core of the Rotary Interact Club at the school.
Bill Heffernan has been an inspiration and motivator for young people throughout his career as a teacher and guidance counsellor.
Moreover, Bill has been a significant positive link through St. Augustine School for his work promoting Rotary through Interact and Rotary Exchange.
