Changeover Meeting
Welcome Incoming President John Sanderson

Steve Robinson handed over the Presidency to incoming President John Sanderson and presented him with a pin. President John presented a plaque to Past President Steve for an outstanding year. President John also recognized the incoming board of directors by giving them pins.

President John would like to bring in 12 new members during his year and Bedar, Chair of Membership, is challenging him. For all new members, President John recommends a thorough screening process as retention is just as important as new members. We need to raise the profile of our Club. We are a big, progressive Club and should therefore be in front of the media as much as possible so that everyone can see what the Rotary has done and continues to do.

President John will be delegating and you will therefore be asked to do things that you may not have done before. He would like to see more classifications more often. We have run successful Rib Fests and now we should be thinking about a Food Fest with a diversity of foods.

We should have Past Presidents come in to speak to us as we can learn a lot from them. We can all work together which we have done in the past. President John looks forward to working with everyone for the next year.
