Glenn Williams told members the environmental impact studies are still ongoing, pre-consultation plan was submitted to the city, there was a slight change from the Tertiary plan but the foot print of the plan has not changed. Other studies are in place to look at water and sewer treatment, no approval has been given to any of our neighbors to do sewer work. Negotiations are underway to have cost sharing with our neighbors, this is currently in a sensitive stage and could not be discussed in the meeting
