Update on Rutherford Bingo

Rotarian Bob Cranch gave a very cogent and coherent summary of the impacts on the Club's Bingo operations caused by imminent regulatory changes by the Province.
Amazingly Bingo operators and charities have to implement significant changes by May 1, even though none of the regulations are written or published.
The new guidelines may represent some opportunity to improve over our current situation.
When the committee and Board have a chance to assess all the possible scenarios and formulate a most likely outcome and recommendations to deal with all this, Bob promised an update and final recommendation to the members of the Club.
