Angela Carter of United Achievers'
 
The Rotary Club of Brampton welcomes Angela Carter, Executive Director of the United Achievers’ Community Services Inc., a charitable multi-service organization in the Region of Peel. Born in Barbados, Angela was a member of the Rotary club there. She graduated from York University with a Batchelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and received a Master of Professional Communication degree from the Royal Roads University in B.C.
 
Who are the United Achievers? They are a charitable organization providing culturally enriching services, programs and support to enhance the lives of families/individuals throughout Peel Region, with a focus on the Black and Caribbean communities.
 
Their vision is to be widely acknowledged as the premier organization in the Region of Peel that addresses and fulfills the needs of the Black and Caribbean Communities. They serve families, seniors, children and youth and women who wanted a fresh start.
