The changing of the guard

Carole Berry is the new President of the Rotary Club of Brampton, only the second woman in its history. The changeover meeting last week introduced the new board and executive and thanked Past President Denis Stephenson for his year of service. For more pictures visit our Facebook Page

Past President Denis welcomed Carole Berry, incoming President and presented her with a Paul Harris Award for Rotary International. Carole thanked Past President Denis for a very successful year and presented him with a Past President Rotary pin.

Matthew was presented with an incoming President Elect pin and Vanora with a VP pin (President 2015). Carole welcomed the incoming Board members.

Carole thanked the Rotary members for welcoming her as President. This year’s focus is membership, engaging our members and change lives.

The goals for this year are as follows:
1.    Engage our members
2.    Raise the profile of our club
3.    Focus on children, youth and community needs
4.    Partner for fundraising events
5.    Increase understanding of our club
