Rotary Club of Brampton Donates to Special Olympics
The Special Olympic Summer games are coming to Peel this summer, July 13-16, 2017. It will be a big event and over 5,000 people in Ontario are expected to come in with these athletes. The Special Olympics need to generate around $700,000 to hold these games, they are half way there, they are now at $360,000.  $2,500 was donated by the Rotary Club of Brampton. The games are being held across the region and Tracy Noonan, assigned to uniform officers on the road, was seconded to assist with the special Olympics.
