Speaking about PACT

David Lockett is a charter member of Toronto Parkdale Rotary Club and co-founder of The Pact Program.

Madame Justice June Maresca, of the Ontario Court of Justice (youth division) is a supporter of PACT through her professional duties.

PACT stands for: PARTICIPATION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, COMMITMENT AND TRANSFORMATION The genesis of the program was a vision of the Rotary Urban Peace Initiative.  It is fully supported by RI and acknowledged by the UN's prgram VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN.  Early prevention efforts can break the cycle of violence and crime.

The young offenders can be instructed by the courts to participate in the program.  They receive one-on-one life coaching and mentoring.
