A motion by Rob van Kessel to suspend fines was, not surprisingly, seconded by our permanent late arriver Jim Inglis.  So it was Happy Bucks only with Rita, Jim, Len, Roy, Marie, Peter, Michael and Sheila stepping up to the plate. Sheila, Peter, Rita, Gerry, Jerome, Steve and John Digby had guests.  Lots of potential new members in the crowd.  Raj Butani was back as a visitor; looks like he will again be a member. Welcome back Raj.
